Delivery
All orders are validated after payment is received. Orders can be paid using debit cards here on our website or via bank transfer and the order will be shipped after payment is received. Kindly refer to our delivery charges and timelines for different cites below.
- Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja: 4-7 business days. Courier fee is ₦1500
- Express delivery to Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt is N3500 (2-3 business days)
- Northern States: 7 business days. Courier fee is ₦3500
- All Other States: 5-6 business days. Courier fee is ₦2500
Return or Exchange
KEKEpro offers store credit or an exchange. You can exchange for another within 7 days or save store credit for a future purchase. Refunds are not granted if a product does not fit. Kindly contact customer care for advice on sizing before purchase. Also note sizing tips on the shoe page i.e slim, regular or wide fitting.

Please note that return only applies to a product that has not been worn and is still in the original packaging. Kindly note that return courier charges, if the customer does not return immediately during delivery will be borne by the customer and KEKEpro will not be held liable for any package lost in transit. Kindly ensure to package the goods properly to prevent damage. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.
